Student Account Bills
Tuition and fees are due before the start of each term:
Term Due Date Spring 2009 January 5, 2009 Fall 2009 August 3, 2009 Spring 2010 January 4, 2010
Bills for your student account are prepared by the Bursar’s office on a regular basis (schedule below) and made available to you electronically on ACES. You will receive an e-mail each time a new e-bill is ready for you to review on ACES.
Undergraduates: a hard copy of your bill will also be mailed to your permanent home address.
Graduate & Professional students: your bills are available electronically on ACES – a copy will not be mailed to you.
Financial Aid on Your Bill
Please complete the financial aid application process before the due date for fall bills. Financial aid awards will appear as anticipated aid on your billing statement once you have accepted your awards. Your billing statement will include anticipated financial aid transactions when calculating the amount you need to pay.
Financial aid is credited to your account shortly before the start of each term. Disbursement of your awards will occur once you have completed all required applications and provided all required documentation and information. You may check the status of your financial aid award on ACES.
