The Bursar's Office serves the student community by assisting students with their bursar accounts and by functioning as a depository for the University's departments. The Bursar's Office mails statements to students on a regular basis, manages the collection of the student receivables, and records departmental deposits.

Bills will be generated the week of June 29, 2009 with a due date of August 3, 2009.
Insurance Open Enrollment
June 5, 2009 through September 15, 2009 is insurance open enrollment season for Duke students. During this time, eligible students will enroll in the Duke Student Medical Insurance (Duke SMIP) or waive coverage under the plan. In early June, eligible students will receive an email reminder to make an insurance decision, and will be given instructions on how to do so. Bursar's Office University Cashiering New Location
University Cashiering has moved to the lower level of Bay 8 in the Smith Building. The Smith Building is located at 114 S. Buchanan Boulevard (the corner of Main Street and Buchanan Boulevard, just across from East Campus.) Please refer to our handout for additional information.
